AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT OFFER A RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you receive your package and it is INCORRECT or DAMAGED upon arrival, please contact us at contact@backroadboutique.ca within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will gladly help you with an issues.

 

IF YOU RESIDE OUT OF CANADA YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL DUTIES & TAXES THAT YOUR COUNTRY CHARGES. If you deny the package due to these charges, once I receive the package back you will be refunded for the item(s) you bought MINUS the shipping expense I PAID (not charged you, as I always pay more than what I charge you for shipping) & fees associated with your package.
